Adam Carpenter is a founder, investor, and serial entrepreneur in Dallas, TX, and the GP of Tramonto Ventures, a private investment fund focused on media, technology, and high-growth ventures.

With more than 20 years in the music business, Adam has built one of the most respected independent portfolios in the industry. He founded Watershed Music Group®, a pioneering and award-winning publishing and record label company whose catalog includes songs recorded by Bethel Music, Kari Jobe, and Maverick City Music, among many others. In 2023, he co-founded MadMan Records in Atlanta, expanding into the broader mainstream marketplace with music recorded by Robin Thicke, Eric Bellinger, and others.

As an entrepreneurial investor and consultant, Adam has founded, co-founded, or invested in multiple brands across industries, prioritizing synergistic partnerships, financial literacy, asset protection, and sustainable growth. Beyond music and venture capital, he invests personally in real estate and startups with the same future-leaning focus.
